Fall community tours

The 2010 fall sitting of the legislature began early, and because of this the Premier and his ministers have not been able to make their traditional visits to Yukon communities.

The Premier values the opinions, ideas and contributions of Yukoners and encourages you to communicate with the government about what’s happening in your community.

You can either contribute your views on specific topics through several ongoing consultations or you can contact the Premier’s office about other topics.

Past community tours
The community tour has been held for the last six years. During the 2009 community tour, the Premier and cabinet held public meetings in 20 communities and also met with First Nation and municipal governments throughout Yukon. In 2008, 19 public meetings were held in addition to meetings with First Nation and municipal governments.
